By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting on the App or Website or via email notification, as stated. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.

• We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Authorization of Charges: By placing an order, you authorize Gamehok Technologies Pvt Ltd to charge your selected payment provider for the total amount of your purchase, including any additional applicable fees or taxes.

GAMEHOK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process.
• In case of any Refunds approved by GAMEHOK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it'll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

You may only use our Services for their intended purpose. Unauthorized commercial use, except when expressly endorsed or approved by us, is prohibited.

In particular, you agree not to:

• Harvest or Scrape Data: Systematically retrieve or scrape data, content, or other information from the Services to compile, aggregate, or create any database, directory, or compilation without our prior written consent.

• Disrupt or Overload Services: Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services or the networks and systems connected to them, including creating an undue burden on such systems.

Gamehok may provide spaces within our Services—for example, sidebars, banners, and other designated areas—for third-party advertisers to display their advertisements and promotional content. We strictly serve as a platform provider for these advertisements and do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, or legality of the advertisements placed by third parties. Any interactions, transactions, or disputes that arise between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

Furthermore, Gamehok disclaims any liability for any loss or damage resulting from or related to the advertisement content or your dealings with advertisers. We reserve the right to remove or modify any advertisement at our sole discretion without notice.
